A 20-day rental is two 10-day terms at 25% off, so the same percentage is worth proportionally more on a longer term.
Brokerage office membership plans
An office commits a monthly budget and hands the whole of it to its agents as membership allocations. The budget it commits sets its package level. The level discounts the office’s own bill, never the amount its agents receive.
