These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of loanertotes.com (the "Site") and your rental of reusable moving totes and related equipment from Loaner Totes ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, booking a rental, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Rentals

• Rental packages, pricing, delivery windows, and available add-ons are shown on the Site at the time of booking.
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at the time of booking, unless your order was placed through a broker or agent under a different arrangement.
• You are responsible for the equipment for the duration of your rental period, including keeping it in reasonable condition and making it available for pickup at the end of your rental.
• Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may result in additional charges, as disclosed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery and pickup

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and retrieve equipment within the windows shown at booking. Delivery and pickup times may be affected by weather, access issues at the delivery address, or other circumstances outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use the equipment for any purpose other than personal or business moving/storage as intended.

Broker and agent accounts

Real estate brokerages, agents, and partner organizations may access additional features under these same Terms, subject to any separate agreement in place between Loaner Totes and that organization.

Disclaimers

The Site and our equipment are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and the equipment we rent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loaner Totes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your rental. Our total liability for any claim relating to your rental will not exceed the amount you paid for that rental.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
