Delivery and rental information: delivery address, requested dates, and details about the package or equipment you rent.
Payment information: rentals are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Usage information: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically to keep the Site secure and working correctly.
Cookies: we use a small number of cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences on the Site, and one first-party cookie that remembers how you first arrived (for example, the website that linked to us or a QR code you scanned) for 30 days, so we can tell which of our outreach works. It holds no personal information. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

To create and manage your account and process your rentals.
To coordinate delivery and pickup of your totes.
To communicate with you about your order, account, or customer support requests.

You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in. You may request that we delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us at support@loanertotes.com, subject to records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
